But it’s a big task.
Externally, you’re potentially disrupting an industry or changing set habits or behaviours.
Internally, you’re either working with stakeholders who are moving at a million miles an hour, or they could be resistant to change.
And you’re dealing with this, while hitting your targets, managing team members and keeping everything running smoothly.

It’s both an exciting opportunity but one that can also be a little overwhelming.
